These stakes are great! They are solid, made well with quality materials. They can be a little difficult to get into the earth depending on the type of earth you are putting them through. We have both dirt and red clay, while the clay is more difficult to get through we prep the area the same by watering it down. This helps to not only insert them, but also stabilize them, making instalation easier. We can get pretty windy here, so we like to hook things like our bench in front of the house, as well as the furniture on our front porch. We actually had our bistro set round, heavy, glass tabletop table get blown off of the porch, and one of the heavy chairs turned over. This is when we tied them with rope to the railing until we got these. These look much nicer because you can barely see them while keeping them where we put them, giving us the piece of mind that we will see them here and not at our neighbors homes. I'm not saying that they are ugly, I'm saying that they are easy enough to masquerade them. We have actually put garden flags on them, making them dual purpose. These feel really solid and heavy duty, and they seem like they’ll hold well for things like sheds, trampolines, or other outdoor setups. They were surprisingly easy to install, even in our dry, compact dirt. The included drill adapter makes a big difference and helps get them into the ground without a ton of effort. Overall, a sturdy and reliable anchoring solution that’s easy to install and works well in tougher ground conditions. ... show more
