These are my favorite for my sourdough proofing. Easy to see what’s going on with the bread and the measuring lines make it seamless for tracking the rise. They’re also very easy to clean up. Love them!

Good containers, ok seal

These are good containers. They don’t have that same amazing tight fit as the official ones you know that are expensive, which I do have, but I just needed three for my dry beans that don’t get used on the daily, so I got these. I use the others for rice and flours, which need that confident secure seal. I would not necessarily trust these containers could be accidentally dropped without the top popping off. The other brand I actually have dropped with flour in them and the top stayed on. These have grip handles on them that can be nice while carrying, but you should know they slightly stick out further than the top (about 1/4”) so I have to be thoughtful about which direction I store them. It’s not bad by any means, but my space is very specific so if I put them on the shelf with grip facing front, the cabinet door won’t shut all the way, so I have to turn 90°. That’s a bit counter intuitive since you want to pull it off the shelf with the grip, but I can’t. If that doesn’t matter for you, they’re pretty helpful. All in all they’re good for bulk goods, they just don’t have THE seal you might want. ... show more
