We wanted to install this under our laundry sink because it used to take foreverrrrrr for the water to get warm. The size is actually perfect for that kind of setup! It’s compact enough to fit under the cabinet without taking over the whole space, yet it still holds enough water to be useful. It heats up surprisingly fast. Once it’s powered on and filled, we’re getting hot water within minutes. The digital display on the front is simple and helpful. I like being able to see the actual temperature instead of guessing. The dial makes it easy to adjust too. The installation process was pretty straightforward IF you’re comfortable with basic plumbing. It comes with everything we needed like the pressure relief valve and hoses (pictured), which made it more convenient. Just make sure it’s filled with water before turning it on for the first time, that part is important. For a 2.5 gallon tank, I think it obviously isn’t meant for long showers, but for stuff like hand washing, rinsing, laundry sink use, or a small bathroom sink, it’s been great! We no longer waste water waiting for it to warm up, which is especially nice.

Been using for about a month and it's great in all respects. Used it to replace a 12 year old 5 gallon HW tank and this is all I need and far less expensive than a new HW tank. I use it with the deep sink in my shop. Water temp is set for 123 degrees.
