Exactly as advertised. Was able easily to change the combination to "mine." I hope it will make it too difficult for passersby to steal from my motorcycle... that is why I bought it. Obviously will NOT deter a "pro" thief with a bolt cutter (but, then again, what will?)

This is a nice little gym lock, to me its a little small (but i am a 6ft guy), but a smaller woman may love its size. Its easy to read the numbers, it was easy to change the code, so all in all a nice lock. For me its only 4 stars because of its size but again a woman might find it prefect.     • Failed to unlock after setting custom code

Flimsy build and didn’t work. After setting the unlock code following the instructions, the lock would not unlock again. Seems like a major defect in the mechanism as other reviewers have run into this problem. Didn’t bother to exchange for a new lock and returned product.

Very nice luggage lock. It was easy to set my own code. Not going to keep out someone thats determined with tools but a little peace of mind and at least something to see and know that noone has gotten in your stuff.

Within a day after posting this review the sellers immediately reached out to me to see how to make it right and they sincerely apologized. They offered to replace the item or a full refund and I opted for a refund. No haggle, just professionals standing behind the good and bad of their product trying to make it right. Does not work well, I had to get the lock cut off first use! Bought specifically to take on a trip to a resort to keep my YETI bag tied to a table. I set my combo in the room and make sure it’s all good to go before heading down to the resort and find our table. Hook around the lock to my bag and I guess somehow in the midst of shuffling the combination and trying to blindly latch the lock as I’m doing this hands under the table, I reset the combination. When it’s time to go obviously the code I thought I had didn’t work. Waste of money, waste of 30 minutes for security to come who luckily had a pair of wire cutters, and quite embarrassing. ... show more
