I decided to give them 5 stars because they do what they can possibly do. I am using them with a battery operated Ryobi 4" grinder tool. Be aware that cutting depth is really limited and they do not do really well with hard wood, at least with my tool, which is slower than a corded one. I've seen the same operational difference between a battery operated and corded chain saw. I'd will buy them again if the two I have wear out. ... show more

Not what carvers use!! Why do carvers use “dime” & “quarter-tipped”chainsaws when carving? In the category of “most dangerous tool” Angle Grinders are probably only second to ladders (& that’s without a chain)! Chains can kick because of geometry and also because of sharpening errors. …Hey, it cuts great, until… I’m not saying that it’s a bad idea… I’m saying that after you’ve asked yourself “maybe a chainsaw chain on an angle grinder is what I need?”… the answer is a resounding— THERE ARE WAY BETTER OPTIONS!
