I did a smell test between this fragrance of Pacifica French lilac, Bath and body works,and Pur Désir de Lilas by Yves Rocher. They all have a good lilac smell. I did the test on a paper towel. They say that Pacifica is the best smelling at a cheaper price. From high to low prices, Pacifica French cut lilacs is the cheapest, then Bath and Body Works fresh cut lilacs, then Pur Désir de Lilas by Yves Rocher as the highest price. My smell test rules as Bath and body fresh cut lilacs comes in first as the best lilac smell. Pacifica French lilac second and Pur Désir de Lilas by Yves Rocher comes in third and most expensive one. Bath and body works fresh cut lilacs comes in first as a longer lasting scent, then Pacifica french lilacs comes in second and Pur Désir de Lilas by Yves Rocher comes in third as not having a strong fragrance and the most expensive of all three. I think that Bath and Body works fresh cut lilacs is the best. Reviews are right about Pacifica French lilacs being sticky when you put it on. I don’t like the stickiness of it. The smell is good and it does smell like lilacs. It’s a good lilac smell for the price if you can deal with the stickiness of it. It goes away after a few minutes. These body sprays are amazing! I have tried the lilac and the vanilla scents, and both are really nice. I’m super sensitive to fragrances, but these are light and pleasant enough for daily wear without triggering any sensitivity. Highly recommend if you want a great scent that isn't too strong!

Smells amazing, like fresh lilacs! It did arrive with the top slightly unscrewed, but only a little spilled and on the plus side I got to smell it as soon as I opened the bag. I bought two fragrances. French Lilac and Silver Moon. French lilac⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐: Very fragrant and aromatic. I could smell it through the package. Has an airy and fresh lilac scent. Truly smells like lilacs. Very floral with a tiny bit of a powdery scent. The bottle sprays a strong mist. Formula is alcohol free so it doesn't linger all day. It lasts about 1-2 hours on its own. It's good for layering with other scents. If you are looking to make it last longer, layer over body/hair oil, lotion or even Vaseline. Silver Moon⭐: Do not purchase. I expected it to be as lovely as the French Lilac. But no! Smells like sweet pickle water. I don't smell vanilla, almond or spices. Just watered down sugar and pickles. Unfortunately I cannot return. Not sure anyone would want this. Buy this if you are into smelling like watery sweet pickles... So disappointed. ... show more

Oh just stick a lilac bloom in my face!!!!!!! If you walked into a room where this was sprayed, you would not know the difference. Better yet, as one who is so very allergic to spring time and lives in misery when Lilacs do bloom, this does not bother me at all and so I am a happy person, having the fragrance on me and in my home!!!!
