This lens in the housing/ eyepiece it sits, cannot be focused with my binoculars. The housing is too long. It will not come into focus. I have to unscrew the lens from the end of the Barlow eyepiece and screw it into my binocular eyepiece. It does work but instead of slipping it in and out, I have to screw and unscrew it each time. Believe it or not this 3x Barlow produces a smaller image than my Orion 2x Shorty Barlow. Used them both with 2 different eyepieces and the 3x is probably magnifying at 1.5x. It does have a clear image and that what I was concerned about when I bought a low priced Barlow. I guess I'll use it sometimes when all I need is 1.5x magnification ... show more
