My last Zico lasted about a year of daily use before failing. I don’t usually like to spend $40 at one time to replace a lighter. However, I saw it as though I’d be good for about 3 years by getting a 3 pack all at once and I liked that these were smaller than the 4 barrel I was used to. The first lighter of this pack started getting low, so I added just a little bit of 11x refined butane I’ve always used in my Zico’s. It never was able to light again after that. Disappointed, but opened a second lighter in this pack. Waited until it was completely empty this time and got the same results. I shook my 11x butane, held it upside down for about 3-5 seconds, and waited a couple hours to use it. It never lit up again. So I’m now on the third lighter out of this pack and I don’t expect there to be a difference in it surviving after it runs out of butane. Definitely a bit disappointed. My smoke shop said Zico is the best and that they might not make them anymore or maybe he’s just unable to get them in his shop. So I’ve been getting them on Amazon. I had good results at first. We live in a very windy area, always a breeze at the least, but often gusty. We also good and do other outdoor activities l, where getting a lighter to light can be frustrating, yet again my previous experiences were great. If you’ve read this much. I’d normally speak highly of Zico brand lighters, but beware of this pack.

Are used to use this style and brand of tor many many years ago and they were my very favorite. I guess they don’t make them anymore so I have not seen them in a very long time, but I ran across these, and was very excited. I still like them, I like the weight of them, and the way they fit in my hand, and they work well when they work. The only issue I have is the flame sometimes, well, a lot of the time, will shoot up and down and up-and-down and up-and-down, and, it’s very difficult to use when doing that. If I could figure out how to fix that, I would be 100% happy and would purchase these over and over again.

We have had these lighters for almost four years, and use them daily. Most butane lighters don’t last us very long, but these seem to take the abuse and continue to work well. They are always the ones left working, so we reordered some more to put in our camp kit.

I gave one of these to a friend and we've been using them for many months now and they have been the best quality torches I've purchased (and I've tried quite a few looking for the perfect one). You can feel the quality of the torches when you're holding them...they have a nice weight to them. I finally found a good torch and I can stop buying a new one every few months.
