Have this above the front porch attached to soffit. Slightly narrow view, but clear for sure. Full range adjustment from phone. Easy to connect to phone. Works great. Can communicate through camera with visitors. Excellent frontline security cam.

I like this because it moves and has a microphone to talk. Sometimes I have problems with the camera moving and not capturing people close to house. Overall it is good camera.

I wouldn’t rate a cheap camera just for being a cheap camera but when it doesn’t function as intended then I have a problem. I’ve had this camera for about 2 weeks. Randomly the camera will move itself and I’m not talking about following a person I’m talking about it facing itself the wrong way then facing up then spinning itself 360 then positioning it myself on a random spot. This happened 1-4 time per hour and once it starts you can not stop it or interrupt it from finishing doing whatever it is doing. It even happened while I was watching some suspicious activity & it is super frustrating & a security flaw. Today suddenly I can not make it face up. I can move it left, right, and down but not up anymore. Obviously this is unacceptable. The price was reduced right after I received it. The app is basic but ok. There are a few interesting features like setting up a greeting but the volume is so low nobody’s going to hear it unless it’s totally quiet. It was easy to set up & doesn’t lose connection for me. The app sells several other expensive yearly subscription based functions which I am not using. I’m also not using an SD card so I cannot comment on that aspect either. The first issue as frustrating as it is, is not a deal breaker for me because it’s a cheap camera so it is what it is but I can see it being a deal breaker for most. The 2nd issue is an absolute deal breaker for me & thus I cannot recommend this product for security purposes. Like I said, I bought a cheap camera and expected it to be a cheap camera so my rating wouldn’t be low for that but is low due to the issues I listed.

The media could not be loaded. So far, so good! At first, I had some trouble with the set-up instructions as scanning the QR code gave gave an error message. (bad gateway) So, once I had camera plugged in and near my phone and router, I downloaded the APP. Everything was so much easier with the APP, step by step clear instructions. Also the camera quality seems good - I've just installed it this morning, so time will tell about evening time.

Awesome security camera. Takes great videos and pictures. At night the light turns on and illuminates the area. Security camera works 24/7 and works great. This is a great buy and very cost effective. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable security camera.

Simple setup. Should probably mention on the outside of the box that unless you're going to sign up for cloud service at cost, that you need to put in an SD card. So it took me a couple of days to get a hold of a card to put it in. Set up or to fairly well in my outdoor light outside my sliding glass door. The cone holding the light/cam can swivel a little bit, so I put it so that it was pointing right in front of The door in a somewhat downward position. Turns out it wasn't needed as much as I thought to put it there. However, the big caveat is that there is a very limited amount of space that the camera actually swivels in reaction to movement. And basically that's about a four or five foot square in front of the camera. Nothing out on my lawn, nothing on other parts of the patio. It'll either need one more camera to get some of those other locations, or I just put up with a guardian right by the door. Would have been nice to have had it set up last night because I had a raccoon actually open my sliding screen door and come in to eat my cat food! Needless to say he got corralled back outside forthwith! But it would have been fun to have a video of it after the fact. So for as inexpensive and easy to set up, I think it's worth the price. If you're looking for a camera that's going to have a much wider angle picture, like your ring cams, don't bother. And also doesn't pick up the movement while you're watching the cam live on your phone. The movement was picked up very slowly on the picture. The recorded video off the SD card, looked pretty good within the confines of the limited space that it actually follows. I think for someone breaking in through that sliding glass door or screen door, or just wandering through checking it out like the raccoon did later on in the evening after I had closed the glass door, it would be good to see. And especially for the price. And for the producer, if you read this, you need to make it able to detect movement further away from the 4-or-5-ft box underneath it.
