I use it to take blood pressures on a lot of older patients which can sometimes be hard to hear but this stethoscope has been Great and I haven’t came across a pulse I can’t hear. So far 10/10. Would love it in a dark green color tho but the barbie vibes are great too.

The stethoscope is a standard length. The earpieces are comfortable. The bell is easily reversible. The stem is comfortable. The bell is not great at picking up long sounds, but if your hearing is not impaired it works well enough. Great at listening for BP and heart sounds.
