A bit difficult to remove the old broken one but I had no trouble putting the new one on. It looks identical to my soft original ear piece and I hope it will last as long. Super easy to install pop out the old ones and stick in the new ones except the old ones are already ripping apart so it took a little finesse to pull out the old ones. These aren’t exactly cheap and there are cheaper ones out there, but I don’t trust my ears with other cheap manufacturers. I’d prefer the actual real 3M. The materials are soft. It’s durable and it looks exactly like the old one and the size it’s nice because it comes into sizes. I only trust the OEM stuff. This is my ear. I don’t want to have pain in them. ... show more
