3M Wrap Film Series 2080 G14 Gloss Burnt Orange is a durable, high-quality product that lets you express your creativity and bring your vision to life. New features, better conformability, and easier installation. All gloss films now come with a Protective Film Layer which helps reduce surface impressions. This layer can stay on during the entire installation. This dual cast film is specifically designed for vehicle applications to provide dimensional stability and durability without the need for an overlaminate. The pressure- activated adhesive allows you to slide and reposition the film over the surface of the vehicle until you apply firm pressure. 3M 2080 is available in 60in (5 ft) widths making it possible to wrap virtually any section of a vehicle without seams. The non-visible air release channels assure a fast, easy and virtually bubble-free installation when professionally installed. Saving valuable installation time. It is installed dry and can be re lifted, repositioned and stretched.

The wrap itself is fine, but the way I received it I was already put off by it. First the wrap is 3M but was held rolled up with vivid wrap stickers. If this was actually from 3M they wouldn't have another company's stickers. It made me question if I even received the correct wrap. The color is more of a dark orange. It definitely isn't bright orange as some people said. Also when I received it a whole edge was damaged on the entire roll so all that has to go to waste. I just bought this as a sample to test the quality and color but I definitely will not be purchasing from this seller again. ... show more

I really don't consider this "burnt orange". It's pretty close to just "orange". However, It is slightly on the red side of orange. Whereas 3M's "bright orange" looks very yellow to me. I fully wrapped my car with this stuff, and I love it. It's pretty forgiving. It releases easily as you apply it, but it also gets very sticky after it sets. Any small bubbles disappear if you rub your finger across it. Applying heat up to around 200 degrees F makes it lose its memory and relax in place. I love the shine. A bit of wax helps. ... show more

Color was perfect (more orange than burnt). Arrived on time and in a big box with those airbags. But the roll itself looks like it was already damaged (not through shipping) because it has tears and scratches after I removed it from the plastic wrap. The edges are smushed like someone beat it against the ground. I would’ve only lost a couple square inches to the tears but there’s a huge crinkle running right down the center of the film because the middle of the tube was bent. It went for at least 2 feet and I stopped unrolling to check. You could probably get the wrinkles out when you apply it but I would rather just receive a product that doesn’t look already worn out. Getting an exchange and will update it this roll just happens to be a dud. ... show more

I ordered this wrap specifically because it was the 3M 2080 series with superior conformability. And I received a roll labeled as such. But when i opened it I saw 3M 1080 (the old film series) printed all over the backing. Buyer beware.

Pretty cool stuff. My first try working with this plastic tape. Put in on my wheels. Easy to work with, sticks well. Some wrinkles around the corners, but by the 4th wheel I was better!!

Fast delivery, not the kind of red that I wanted, but it's okay. Had some problems with how the item was delivered though, it has some crinkles on the edge and the edge wasn't cut evenly.
