Description

3M 1080 Series Matte Military Green Vinyl is a dual cast film specifically designed for vehicle application to provide dimensional stability and durability without the need for an over laminate. The pressure-activated adhesive allows you to slide and reposition the film over the surface of the vehicle until you apply firm pressure. 3M 1080 is available in 60in (5 ft) widths making it possible to wrap virtually any section of a vehicle without seams. The non-visible air release channels assure a fast, easy and virtually bubble-free installation, when professionally installed. Saving valuable installation time.

I bought this to cover the chrome interior trim in my 2019 Silverado TB. Easy to use and has a nice finish. Suggest heat gun on low to stretch. I would definitely recommend and buy again. Color was spot on!

My 4Runner has in OD green vinyl wrap. Some a-hole opened their door into mine and tore right through the vinyl. This stuff works perfect as a little Band-Aid! From a few feet away you can't even tell anymore. Thanks for the quality product! I trust that it's going to hold on for the long haul 👍

I only got the sample but it was the perfect color of olive green! It took a little while for it to come in so I went with another brand on amazon but, they both matched eachother anyways!

I got this vinyl wrap to go along with a military themed PC case. I was using the Vinyl to color match my drives and Fan controller to the rest of the case. The material was easy to cut, apply, and using a hair dryer you can make it go into odd shapes and corners easily enough. The only hard part of the instillation process was not from the vinyl, it was taking apart the fan controller to dress it's front panel in matte military green. Anyone who has experience with Vinyl applicants should have no issues customizing their items with the vinyl. The Vinyl is automotive grade and works with almost any hard surface. The Vinyl bonds well to both pained and unpainted metal surfaces as well as plastic surfaces very well. The material is also rather thin, so its great for not adding any extra thickness to parts that might be tight fitting. This stuff is a great alternative to painting, as to paint properly you have to sand, primer and apply several coats of paint and maybe a clear coat. ... show more
