My only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is because, one, it is very quiet, almost too quiet. There is something soothing about having a fountain gurgle or babble (as in a babbling brook). Secondly, I don't know how easy it will be to replace the LED lights should one or more go bad. The previous fountain that this replaced used individual bulbs as opposed to these multi-light assemblies. I asked where/how replacement LEDs for this particular fountain could be obtained, with only one response that was far from helpful. No response from the manufacturer.

The media could not be loaded. Love this water feature - day just water running - evening light the water feature. Using smart plugs by Kasa - click on in morning - light when it gets dark and turn off at bedtime. Adds to my backyard oasis

I did have to replace the pump in the first month. I’m not sure why, but the new pump was less than $20 & that was easier than returning the fountain. I love the beauty and sound of this fountain. The lights are a great feature.

My ol' lady loves this fountain. It makes a soothing noise, and looks nice in the yard at night. Only problem is we have to fill it back up every 2-3 days. I made sure it is level and it isn't leaking anywhere from the reservoir that I can see. I've come to the conclusion that either it's either splashing all of the water out somehow, or it is just evaporating in the south Louisiana heat every few days. It holds about a couple of gallons internally. If you have it by a hose and don't mind refilling it every other day, then it's pretty decent, but in my case, I have to fill half a Kentwood jug full of water and hike it out there when I want it to run.

Unit has nice water sound, looks pretty in the daytime and at night. Would get 5 stars if all lights worked as expected - only 2 of the 3 worked and reached out to the manufacturer per box insert instructions but no reply from them so lacking in the customer service area as well. **UPDATING MY REVIEW to 5 stars. Was disappointed one of the lights didn't work after setting up water feature and no response from the manufacturer when I reached out to them. However, the seller reached out to offer tips for determining if was a power cord or light that was defective & then was able to send me a working replacement light as well. All lights are now functioning and very pleased with unit now.
