I bought two of these and neither worked out of the box. Both had bent rear assemblies, sprockets, neither aligned with the chain. One was so bad the chain broke in half completely. I’d have rated the things 1 star and sent them back if it wasn’t for the service. The service for replacement of the rear assembly was great. The tech understood the problem after I sent pictures, and shipped the replacement parts. I can’t imagine the rear assembly was cheap to send either. So obviously, the assembly quality is total trash. The build quality is great though. If it wasn’t for quality parts, good service, and the fact I’m very handle at mechanical tasks, I’d of sent it back. Don’t order this unless you can turn a wrench, chances are you’re going to need to. If it works, it works great and seems safe enough. A little fast for my 4yo girl on slow. Perfect speed for my 6yo boy.

Came with a bent axle. Not unrideable however make the chain sproket uneven woth the chain at the motor and has a very loud noise and will cause break wear and issues with friction on chain. Also the chain is a nightmare to adjust and makes super loud sounds regardless of how I adjust it. Shocks went in amd were able to be installed and adjusted pretty easily. Se with breaks. You will have to teak this bike before rode. I have about 3 hours I to it before ride ready. I dont want to return it due to the axle but requesting a discount. Overall I would get another one. My son loves it but I fear for the longevity. A bonus though in 1 charge it goes all day. Oh and the description says you cam limit the speed to 3 or 4 speed amd there is only high and low and low goes about 8 9 mph.
