Bought these for a 4 year old girl who loves to draw. They are a large size that will be perfect for chalk drawing on the sidewalk in the summer and with a water doodle board or paints for the winter. The plastic is substantial so I think they will clean up nicely.

My mistake thinking there were 36 different designs. There are 4 sets of 9 designs clearly stated in description (which I missed). My 4-1/2 year old loved this craft. My 2-1/2 year old found it frustrating as the templates are thin and stencil areas lift up when trying to draw them. I found that frustrating too. We did tape the edges to the paper so that at least kept the template from sliding around. Wide tipped marker or wide crayons worked better for large areas. Colored pencils for smaller areas. Simple craft for holiday that will keep them busy for about 45 minutes with minimal clean up.
