The media could not be loaded. Used this booth at my wife's 40th birthday party and it was a big hit. it was a small group of friends but many of them kept getting on and making more videos. it was easy to set up, and was very sturdy with up to 4 people on the platform. I used an older iPad and the picture quality on the front camera still came out pretty good. The whole thing doesn't weigh a lot but it is well made. The ring light provided a good amount of light to brighten up the pictures and the videos. Learned that i need a little more space when setting it up because the arm got bumped twice during the party and i had to reset the iPad. All the guest told me how cool it looked and i look forward to using it more in the future at more family and friends events

I truly enjoy the 360 camera. It s so fun. This has elevated my events giving my guest a great experience. It is heavy and definitely needs more than one person to move, but the flight case is made of great material and it looks sleek and professional. The whole machine is sturdy and built to last. The software is easy to use. There is endless options for overlays. I would recommend this.

Its sturdy. It gives 6month chacktok app free. We used this weekend for first time and it just as described. No glitch or technical issue we faced. Flight case is must to have. It has aluminum frame and other seems to be card board material. I would have loved if it would be whole aluminum or some sturdy material as i fear if i step on it it might break. But over i love it. Mike has been in touch with me constantly making sure i have no issue. One issue i faced was led string light for base had dry glue that i wasnt able to peel sticker to stick on my base, they made sure i get the replacement. I wished the ring light was little better version because it is little too basic and looks little cheap when not lit. However overall happy with my purchase. Hoping to get support just like this if i ever have any issue with photobooth while i increase my usage.

First off I purchased this item based off of the package that was offered as well as the great reviews. The customer service is AWESOME!!! I contacted them in reference to the battery pack, the ring light, power bank and the customized logo, to which they responded quickly! I'm still working on designing for the logo but YCKJNB promptly sent out the battery pack, ring light and power bank! Not only did they communicate through amazon messenger, they also sent me text updates as well (I provided my cell number in my message to them). TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The free 4 month Chack Tok App was easy to figure out and use. I brought the 100cm photo booth with the flight case. My son helped me put everything together and lift it as it is a bit heavy for one person. I highly recommend this company and their awesome package offered. It came quicker than the estimated time as well. After researching and trying to decide which company to purchase from I'm so glad that I went with YCKJNB! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! PS: When repacking you will have to take off the Foot Cups for that you screw on the base of the photo booth (to stabilize it) prior to closing the flight case. I will not take off a star for that. The 5 STAR customer service alone makes up for that minor inconvenience. THANK YOU YCKJNB!!! I definitely will be purchasing from you again!
