This is a good amount and variety of colors. It is extremely lightweight and soft. My husband tried to make a cup about 2 inches tall but as you can see by the photo it turned out leaning to one side. It's so soft it's almost like slime when it comes out of the package. It dries out completely in 24 hours. It's slightly stiff within an hour. Be aware that it not strong enough to hold itself up and you will need to support it to keep it upright. After drying it feels like the foam sheets that kids use for making crafts. It will tear and break easily. So maybe good for miniature items but definitely not for larger ones. It has no smell at all. All in all it is beautiful and has it's uses, just keep in mind the limits and need for support. ... show more

I purchased these about a month ago and we still have tons left. We play with these when I’m babysitting a 4yr old and 6yr old. They work great, air dry within 24 hours and keep the kids entertained for long periods of time. Evidently the package I received must have been defective. All of the clay was so sticky the kids couldn't work with it. It was like taffy! I used it for making clay fish with elementary aged children and it looked like they had been playing with Taffy and couldn't make the fish with it.
