Excellent set of markers for the price, great way to try paint markers. I bought these mostly not for art, but for painting small items and action figures. The photo shows an incomplete project to paint a couple of dollar store toy dinosaurs (fans of the cult TV series "Firefly" may get the reference), mostly as an experiment. I'm not the most steady-handed person in the world, so this made it MUCH easier to pain small details like teeth and eyes than using brushes, and much easier to change colors on the fly. I discovered that it was easy to blend and smudge colors using my finger or other small tools. You have some short work time after applying the paint so smudge and blend, but they dry fairly rapidly. I'm sure I'll get better with practice. Mostly I used the brush tip, but the pen tips are useful for bold lines and covering larger areas. I definitely would buy these again.

These are an excellent option to get into using paint markers. They come with two different tips - a brush tip and a dot tip. Both tips have their uses, increasing overall functionality. The colors are bright and bold, and very pigmented for the price. They layer very nicely. You can create some nice, bold strokes with the brush tip, and overall applies nicely, which makes it easy to use. It felt sturdy, and did not eat the paper. The dot tip makes dots - nice for polka dots, but would not recommend trying to drag that tip too much, as it may get chewed up by paper. Swatches/ test doodles are on a Canson Artist Series Mixed Media 138lb sketchbook.

I absolutely love these pens, they have cover sharpie, black marker, and other colors very well on paper! I'd highly recommend use for these on paper, but on plastic, I wouldn't recommend to do so. I drew on some plastic items to decorate them, and if you rub the paint after it dries, it fades away and eventually comes off. It does stay well on fabric, but isn't as vibrant as it is on paper. Decent color selection, but I feel that the actual paint colors don't match the color on the marker itself. They're often lighter than the paint itself. The paint dries quickly, and its easy to layer the paint to get a more vibrant or less-streaky color. Two layers of paint should cover the streaks, I would say that there isn't many streaks overall though. These markers are most definitely high quality and worth the money.

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality! I love the dual tips. The paint flows well from both tips and the colors are exactly as shown. These markers have lasted longer than I expected and are still going strong. My only complaint is that I didn't buy the larger pack!

I love these markers. I bought them for myself and a set for my grandkids and we immediately used them to paint rocks, pumpkins, and sticks. They had so much fun and so did I. The colors are vibrant, the flow of the paint is great and the two different tips give you give you the options of covering things easily or doing details. Clean up is simple too and no more mess hauling out paints, brushes and water.

LOVE these pens! They make fine details so much easier to paint. They don't put off any crazy odor which I liked. The case is great. There are really good colors to choose from in every shade. I haven't noticed the paint dripping or any clumps. They write really well. Cleanup is a breeze since it's a one. They'd be great for painting rocks. I use them a lot and they haven't run out yet so they're priced appropriately.
