I put a pool table in a room that is only about 12' wide, knowing that I would likely have issues on some of the tighter shots. That's where these pool cues come into play! I ordered both the 42" and 48" versions, and it's so much easier comfortably making a shot using a shorter cue than trying to angle a normal-sized cue straight down. The 48" is quite a bit easier to use - the 42" is a bit too short, and more difficult to hit straight. They both take a little getting used to, but rarely do I play a game of pool without using these shorter cues at least once. They are a lifesaver if you're like me and you don't quite have the room for a table. These are probably ideal for younger players as well. ... show more

I got this for the tight spots around my pool table. At 48" this is perfect. I find the cue perfectly straight - no warp whatsoever, despite the minimal packaging it came in. The cue is glossy smoth for the bottom part and a satin finish for the top that slides in your fingers. That is great. I usually like to have a rougher grip at the bottom, but that is my personal feel. The cue is approx 19 oz. and reasonably well balanced. I expect it to last a long time. ... show more

This is a beautiful well made cue. I bought it for tight limited space shots. It is properly weighted and balanced, a nice finish, perfectly straight, and was well packaged. I Highly recommend it. A little more money but well worth it.

This short cue stick is great for tight spaces. I had added some glass display shelves so one side of my pool table at certain angles is limited. This short cue is perfect for that situation.
