I weighed the nozzles - all appear to be the same weight (a little less than 4 grams). They feel solid. The apertures are centered correctly. The dimensions appear to be accurate (used calipers). I used the supplied nozzle cleaning needles (a unique size for each nozzle aperture size) - I first measured the diameters of the needles which in most case were pretty spot on the same diameter as the nozzle openings, and the needles in most cases fit snuggly (three were a little loose). I would estimate the error is +/-10 microns. I don't think that's bad at all for I paid for them!

Love these tips. Prices are fair. My only issue is I had ordered a 30 pack of all .4mm and I ended up getting the variety pack. I dont use those sizes as of now so kinda pointless, but it is nice to have a selection!

Like the title says. These are quality for sure. Sent coated in oil, they are steal and this is what I would expect. They are machined to excellent quality as well. For me they are really only going to be good for the printers that are running exotic filaments at very high temps. These don't work very well in a cheap 3d printer like an ender 3 or similar. You can get them to work but you need to go to at least 20 deg more in temp to get the results and likely you will need to print slower. If you can do that, than these are an excellent choice to reduce the number of times you change your tips due to wear.

The hardened steel helps with heat and feed on the prints a lot better. Less filament sticking on extrusion so I get a better layer adhesion
