It was well packaged and came with extra screws. It was very impressive to look at. Give it time to heet up. It hit 200 deg in 30min. The lighting is cool.

Adjustable Temperature Control: The temperature range of 86-176°F allows us to keep food at the perfect temperature, whether it's hot or cold.
