Works well, dropped into old cooktop opening. Some of the burners are too small! Turned on full, produce little heat. Center “wok” burner is most useful for all types of cooking with medium to large skillets.

This is a good looking cooktop. It is a drop in unit, with some sealed burners of different sizes. This makes it relatively easy to clean. There is a large powerful burner that you can use with a wok. The knobs are well marked and easy to use. Installation requires a gas line and an electrical line for spark. A professional is preferred for instal with a gas line, but it is not too difficult for the experienced DIY person. ... show more

We needed to replace a stovetop that was literally older than me (50!) and this one ticked all the boxes. It was easy to install. My husband had all of the tools needed with the inclusion of those they sent with the box and the ones he already had. Just a note: you do need an electrical source to plug this unit into as that’s what creates the spark to light the burners. It has tons of cool space and different sized burners accommodate different pot/an sizes very well. I was so excited about that huge middle burner and it comes with a holder that fits on the grates to hold a wok! We do a LOT of stir fry dishes so that little piece will certainly come in handy. I have to admit I haven’t got this stovetop installed just yet. I have to wait to get the new countertop and hook up propane to replace my old electric cooktop. This is a beautiful stainless steel appliance. It looks very well-made and sturdy. It’s big, with five burners that can accommodate different sizes of pots and pans. The grates are cast iron, so they are heavy duty. It even come with a ring to hold a wok. This really seems like a high end stove top and I will be proud to have it in my kitchen. ... show more

I love the center wok bit. I have wanted a gas cook top for ages because of the sheer btu that it can put out and the ability to cook on a wok properly and this one fits the bill perfectly. Comes with a convenient cardboard template so you know how bit the hole needs to be to mount it.

I finally convinced my husband to update our old drop in cooktop and this does not disappoint. It is made very well with plenty of space for all my cooking needs. It comes with the orifices for natural gas or propane so you can install quickly and get cooking. You do need electric for the starter but fortunately or old cook top need electric too so our installation was easy. the cast grate are heavy duty and the stainless steel looks very sleek.
