Cool sink with great features, but too soon to tell its durability. The last brand we purchased from Amazon went out of business before the sink started leaking (2 years), so we purchased insurance this time. The piano key on/off system seems more durable, but probably as equally problematic should it fail, too. Required a plumber visit to replace/install (complicated).

I ordered this as I was tired of the sink in my kitchen. This arrived quickly and with no damage. Instructions were clear and installation was easy. It is very well made and about average thickness for a sink. As for the product itself, the accessories were all included and I love the waterfall features and strainer accessory for washing fruit and creating less water splash. The cup rinser is fantastic and works perfect for cleaning out glasses. The soap dispenser seems to last a while once it is filled so I am not needing to constantly refill it. I love the look of this sink as it is matte black and absolutely gorgeous. I would buy this again if i ever needed to. The value is great for all of the options it comes with and the only comparable ones I have seen have not has as many accessories or features as this one. The only downside is that the water purifier does not come with all of the stuff to use it out of the box as I need to purchase the filters and anything else separate so just keep that in mind if you are looking to use that right away. Overall this sink is amazing and I absolutely love it and recommend going with this if you are looking for a new sink!

This sink is very functional, long story short. I love the look, I love the plentiful spray options, I love the included cutting board and sink tray. I love the color and finish, matches the finishes I already have in my home perfectly and looks very nice in place. It fits a standard sink opening, comparable to your typically sized kitchen sink of 33x22. I am a huge fan of the drain blocking mechanism, simple rotating lever, though it does feel a bit flimsy like it may break easily if turned too far with any amount of force. Not sure on this from experience, though with a household including 5 children ages 12 and under this is a bit concerning. I really like how there is the addition of a catch-area in the drain underneath the sink, this is reassuring in case of any jewelry or any other items that have potential to fall down the drain while the sink is in use. I think for the generous amount of functions that this sink is priced modestly and worth the price that it is listed at. With all of this being said, there are some distinct negatives. First and I feel most importantly, the instructions were confusing, overly confusing for something that should have been incredibly straightforward. Hardware materials for the drain are unimpressive by far, mediocre at the very best. The soap dispenser does not work at all — pump goes up and down, but regardless of how many times you attempt to pump it, soap will not come out. We made absolute sure of this, it simply does not function.

Looks great, value for money, and product setup fine. however, the (cheaper) plastic above the knobs for water comes out, also issues with the drain/sink strainer. the rotating knob works only one way - closes the strainer, but does not open up when rotating the knob other way. its setup that you can use either this rotating knob for drain strainer or install waste disposal, but not both at teh same time.

This sink is awesome! It has so many different features and functions. It’s a drop in sink so instillation is easy much like any other drop in sink. The depth is nice and fits pots and pans easily.

This sink looks really nice once installed and gives the kitchen a more modern feel. The stainless steel feels thick and sturdy, and the black finish stands out in a good way. I like the workstation features and the waterfall function, it makes washing dishes and food prep feel more convenient. The faucet and cup washer are useful and work as expected. Installation takes some time and the instructions could be clearer, but once everything is set up it works well. Overall it feels like a solid and functional upgrade.

If you want a sink with options and great fuctionality, this is it. The black stainless steel is beautiful and easy to clean. Its functionality includes drinkind water spout, glass rinser, soap dispenser, steady temperature selector, and a selection of waterfall, rain sprinkling, standard faucet or extendable sprayer water inputs. The problem I have is with installation and instructions. First there is no template for cutting the countertop for installation. I had to make my own. Second, the instructions use non-standard terms making it difficult to be sure of what to do. Third and worst of all, instructions show the hot and cold supply lines as preinstalled when in fact they need to be installed into an almost inaccessible are that is not marked as to hot and cold. If installed wrong it would require disassembly and reassembly. (See picture of the small recessed are with two small holes and the picture of the hot and cold lines) A sink this expensive should include much better instructions and preinstalled items that are actually preinstalled. With all its capabilities, it is still a good value.
