Coverage and quality is wonderful. I used this on a concrete covered porch. I applied this over a year ago. Still look great. Durability is amazing. No peeling. Maybe a little change of color as I choosed the black. But the super Grip is important. With cold snowy winters here it's peace of mind. My home is build in 1965 and the concrete had some pitting and minor cracks. I used Rust oleam concrete patch to fix the cracks and pitting. I also put a new nice edge on the porch steps. Then covered with Skid Grip and people have been blow away how well this Slip resistant paint looks. I am not paid or endorsed. It is slip resistant as advertised and it is easy to use ( I would recommend using a brush not a roller for application) it has a slight scent and easy clean up - I used two coats since I am using it in a concrete kennel floor and it seems to cover smoothly and completely

Dry time is super fast. This is also very thick, it is like painting with concrete cause that is basically what it is. Did my front porch and have about a quarter of a can left over. It covers very nicely. I would suggest brushing it on and brushing all in the same direction or you will see you different brush strokes. It being thick means you use a lot more than you think you would. So I would recommend for smaller projects or if you have to money to buy a lot you will not be disappointed. This product was easy to apply to my unsealed, swept finish, front porch. I pressure cleaned about a month before application. I then swept and used a blower to remove loose surface particles on the day that I painted. I did not use muriatic acid or any other surface prep chemicals. After cutting in with a brush, I applied the paint with a 3/4" nap roller, as recommended. One gallon was more than enough to cover 50 SF with 2 thick coats. I waited 2 hours between coats on a dry, 70 degree day. There was plenty of paint left over for touch-up But I think the published coverage of 450 SF is probably a gross exaggeration. The product needs to be stirred frequently to maintain even distribution of the sand-like particles. I'm very happy with the finished appearance. Only time will tell as to durability. By the way, the colors shown in the Amazon listing are not accurate (even using a color-calibrated monitor). The "Smoke" color is a cool, light gray (slight bluish cast). The "Slate" color is a medium to dark neutral gray. It does not have the greenish cast shown in the Amazon listing. ... show more

I painted this on my livestock trailer’s wooden floor. I’ve hauled several horses and it’s held up very well. It helps give them grip so they don’t slip and it’s tough enough they aren’t tearing it up. I’m very happy with it.

I sanded the entire staircase with 60 grit and washed the stairs before applying, it's only been on a few weeks and has chipped on the edges slightly but it seems very durable. The staircase has 19 steps and is outside. Lots of traffic ! I like the color too !
