This is beautiful and useful. Only issue is grate in sink, which stayed pretty clean and unstained after five months, has to be removed to clean the basin.

    • Great Sink and Accessories - Wish is Sloped Toward the Drain
The sink and accessories are great - but there are a few intentional features I wish I'd known about before buying. First, the bottom of the sink is flat, so it does not slope toward the drain. This means that any food rinsed off a plate sits at the bottom of the sink instead of going down the drain into the garbage disposal. You'll need to use the sprayer and push it toward the drain which takes a bit since it doesn't slope in that direction. The protector for the bottom of the sink is needed to keep your sink from getting dings and scrapes, but you'll need to pick it up and clean underneath it on occasion as well. Love the fruit and vegetable drainer and the cutting board! Need to get in the habit of using the drying rack too. This is a long term purchase, but my future self will be buying a kitchen sink that slopes toward the drain. :) ... show more

The sink is solidly built and generously sized, which perfectly meets my needs. The sink has an ideal depth, preventing water from splashing out. One consideration is that the rectangular shape isn't as easy to clean as sinks with rounded corners. However, since I chose the rectangular design for its aesthetic appeal, I was already aware of and prepared for this trade-off. ... show more
