The media could not be loaded. First I want to say that this totally changed the dynamic of my kitchen, the gun metal color is SHARP! However there is 1 major issue my family has encountered. That being the turn know for the water on/temperature. It is almost impossible to turn when your hands are wet and soapy. Everyone including myself 6'1 210lbs struggle with turning the water off. The bottle cleaner has made getting those day old curdled milk bottles clean with absolute ease. The basket to wash vegetables and fruit serves for the perfect silverware spot. The giant rub also doubles as the coolest bath for our baby, she loves the waterfall and adjustments to the faucet head. The faucet head also has a blast mode I would call it...pressing that while rinsing dishes has proven super beneficial for things like cheese on forks. All in all this sink raised my home value I guarantee it, I just need to find an alternative for the water adjustment knob

I'm a plumber so this might have been easier for me then the average buyer. I did have to reconfigure the drain which is to be expected when you go from a 2 basin sink to 1. The on/off temp controller dial leaked after installation, I removed the cartridge and there was some debris in the line, worked great after clearing.

Sizing is accurate, value is great, beautiful to look at. My only downfall is the quality of the plumbing lines it comes with. Cup washing feature is wonderful but leaks under cabinet. Overall functionality is great. Love the feature to wash fruits and veggies in the basket. Love the accessories that is also included! Quality of the plumbing lines is the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5

Love the sink but have a problem. Selector valve leaks. Called Amazon, they can't help because of third party seller. Tried to contact seller and it goes back to Amazon, which they won't help except for return and you have to purchase again. Very bad experience, do not recommend.

The concept for this sink is amazing. The sink itself is functional and looks fantastic, really upgrades the look of the kitchen. It was fairly easy to install. Be mindful that the cup washer extends beyond the back edge of the sink and may not fit if your sink is very close to the wall. The biggest problem is the water/flow control. It is either all or nothing. I do not always need the water full blast, sometimes a soft/slow flow is needed. Makes quite a mess sometimes since it is alway full blast. The cup washer does not function properly at that level, massive hammering. If you turn the flow down under the sink, to prevent the hammering, the waterfall feature does not work appropriately. A tee with a separate adjustment going to the cup washer is needed for mine. The cup washer holds quite a bit of water which will lead to mold/mildew. It must be emptied frequently. *My sink is level in all directions* I also discovered a leaky mess under the sink after putting ice from a small lunch pail in the sink. Condensation formed under the sink which looked like I had a full on leak. I have put ice from ice chests in sinks for years and I have never seen this happen before.

It’s a good sink but our cup cleaner leaks even when we don’t use it. I like the sink itself because it’s deep. But it’s very slippery to try to turn off. I kind of hate the on/off switch, wish it was a handle instead.
