Nice quality frame. Image quality is good. Software on the frame is good and touch screen is responsive, similar to an iPad. Software for iOS (iPhone or iPad) is good, but looks dated. Transfer of pictures is seamless. It's also nice that other people with that software can send pictures to your frame. Different sized frames exist using the same software. I will use this frame for a while and might expand to more frames.

I really LOVE it, we are obsessed with it. Very easy to set it and to connect to the wifi. It’s sooo easy to upload the pictures with the Frameo app, we love that every one with the app can share pictures with us. The quality of the frame it’s pretty good and the high resolution. It’s pretty and black. You can rotate very easy vertical or horizontal as you wish, you can set it on a table or on the wall with a screw (not included) very easy to control it with the settings (display time, time, weather, you can like pictures) you can set a timer on when to turn on and off. Really value for your money!!!! I highly recommend We really stand in front of it and watch all the pictures and memories we never print or post on social Media

Have been using this for some time as a screen for my disabled daughter to interact with. It has worked even better than expected. Good quality images, easy to get up and running, easy to send photos and videos. Only fear is that if I drop it, that will be the end of it.

Sharing pictures with me can’t get much better and easier than the Frameo 21.5 digital frame. As a mother, grandmother and great grandmother this frame has made it so easy for them to share their pictures with me. The Frameo app was so easy to install and begin using. A great feature is you can easily add subtitles to pictures. With the 64 GB memory capacity and the extended storage space utilizing a USB drive or SD card over 2000+ photos can be added and the quality of photos is awesome. I love the fact that it also displays the time and weather. I really love this digital frame and appreciate my wall not being overtaken by so many 4x6 photo frames. The only this I wish it had was a remote control.

I bought this frame in June, and have been using it since sometime in July. I like the picture quality. With the frame in the horizontal position, you can change the picture from full screen to vertical. The app was easy to load and it's a simple process to send the pics from your phone to the frame. That said, some of my pics have started showing up in black and white. I have no idea what is causing it, and don't know how to correct it. Overall, it works well, even after unplugging it without turning it off first. Oops! It warned me when I plugged it back in not to fo that and did start back up. I gave this frame 4 stars. Not sure I would order it again though.

We got one of these for our daughter who was a new college student out of state. She likes being surrounded by photos but her dorm is TINY so she doesn’t have much room for them. We got this for her for her birthday and through the app we can send her photos constantly. We liked it so much we ended up buying one for home as well for her and our other college aged son to share photos with us too! So far so good!

This was a gift for someone who has dementia and needs to see family photos. This is a great gift and really appreciated to keep faces front and center. You can label each photo and this also helps for clarification.

I have two ratings depending on how you plan to use : 10.5 inch FRAMEO - FHD picture frame: ***** Highly recommend. If you plan to use it in a location that has a good WiFi connection and only plan to use the phone app to load pictures. It has very good picture quality and the phone app is fairly easy to use. ** Not recommended. If you plan to use it in a location with limited or no WiFi and plan to use a PC via a USB cable to load pictures. I bought this picture frame for my mom who lives across the country in a nursing home that has poor to no WiFi coverage in her room. I needed a picture frame that would display pictures from internal storage. My plan was to set up the picture frame, load photos, and then ship it to my brother who lives near our mom. I figured that I could load new photos via a laptop when I visited my mom. Everything worked great at first. I set up the device using the included power supply. I then booted the device via a USB cable connected to my desktop PC and was able to transfer a dozen photos and a couple 15 second videos. The problems began the next time I tried to load photos via a USB cable connected to my PC. The device would start to boot up and then the screen would go black. Initially, I could get the device to boot up (eventually) and transfer photos after several restarts, but eventually the device refused to boot up. I found that I was able to get the device to boot up using my powered USB hub and finished loading photos and videos using this interface. I then decided to buy another powered USB hub to ship with the Frameo frame to my brother across country. Luckily, I tried using the new powered USB hub before shipping it to my brother. It worked a couple times and then the Frameo frame refused to boot up using the powered USB hub. I still plan the ship the Frameo frame to my mom, but I would not recommend it to anyone who plans to use like I do. Another con that I have concerns using both the phone app and PC to transfer photos. It turns out that the location where photos are stored using the phone app is different than the PC transferred photos. Also, the phone app loaded photos can’t be accessed using the PC USB connection. I would give the Frameo customer service a ***** rating. They were very responsive and helpful. In one of the many emails going back and forth, it was mentioned that Frameo is the software supplier and the devices are produced by many manufacturers. They conceded that devices that do not have separate power and USB interfaces are deficient. I got the following response from Frameo customer service: “Unfortunately, if the frame was produced with only one USB-C interface for both power and file transfer, in some cases, you have to use external power to meet the requirements of the frame. We have no real say in the matter, as we just make the software for the frame, not the hardware.”
