These are one of the best kinds of anchors to use for hanging wall items or pictures. Easy to use/attach and hold very well, plus if you need to remove them in the future, it leaves a small hole that can be patched with caulk.

    • Absolutely garbage! Don't waste your money!
I first wrote a review after buying these and testing a couple of the smaller ones with mixed results. today I need to use a bunch of the largest ones in the box. I never cussed so much in my life. Had to keep prying the junk out of the wall and moving everything over. The short story is that the plastic is some place between soft and brittle. Screwing it into the wall the inner area where the screwdriver goes to drive it is so soft that unless you really baby it it strips out and now you have to get plyers to unscrew the entire piece of junk out of the wall leaving a hole you cannot use for the replacment. IF THATS NOT ENOUGH the metal of the screws is so soft that they head of the screw strips out with almost no effort. NEVER HAVE I BOUGHT A PRODUCT SO MISERABLE AS HITS. THEY ARE GOING IN THE TRASH AND IM BUYING THE EXCELLENT ONES FROM LOWES OR HOME DEPOT WHICH ALWAYS WORK PERFECTLY AND ARE VERY STRONG. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE. I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT. THey couldnt even give you a decent box to store them in. The latches are virtually none functional. Just look at it and they box comes open and they are all over the floor. Had to keep rubber bands on it. Avoid this garbage product. It's not worth it. Just tried using this garbage a few months after my l ast update. Guess what? Both attempts resulted in a broken anchor or a stripped out front where you screw it in. TRULY THE MOST USELESS PRODUCT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED ON AMAZON ... show more

Maybe I got a "bad batch" but the plastic is so brittle that it'd take 2 or 3 anchors before a flush install was possible. They would snap while threading into the drywall, then have to be removed if possible. Even with a larger than usual pilot hole drilled, they would break. Once installed there were no issues with the screws into the anchor. If you are buying for long term hardware to have around the house be aware you'll be only using 1/3 of the anchors at best. Even less if you don't plan to make oversized pilot holes. ... show more

Great price. But, seem to be brittle plastic. I've use the metal and hard plastic ones from local home improvement stores for years. Bought these to save a trip to store and cheaper. If you use a drill to screw into wall, use low torque! Thwy tend to break off. Then you tear up wall to get em out.
