This fountain arrived a day earlier than expected. It was packaged very well, so much so that it took longer to take it out of the box then it did to set it up. It looks great and is a fun design. All the lights work, the water sound is gentle and very soothing. i set it up in my screened in deck/patio, the electric cord is sufficient to reach my outlet. This is great, I am very pleased. It has only been a few hours, but if something happens I will update my review.

Very cute fountain, working well with minor exception. There is a small amount of visible "leakage" resulting in need to fill a little more often than expected. There is no visible cracks or holes. Instead, it appears a small amount of the water flowing over the lip of several of the terraces seems to cling to the plastic instead of falling into the next pool and instead end up slowly running down the side of the unit. I may have to do a little trial and error to see if there are any slight adjustments I can make to limit this (lower flow rate, slight tip).

The PVC tubing that is supposed to transfer the water up into the outlet was not installed into the port. The tube was found inside and crammed into a corner when I was able to locate it but not connected. Half the tube is dirty so it makes me think this is used. I attempted to get it operating based on the lack of information provided from Ultym assembly instructions with the thought that maybe it would flow into a large port that I cannot see within the fountain but of course, my common sense was right. When I came back from getting more water. I found it spewing out the back. The dog has a random defect on its chest but no big issue. Just poor quality. I do not want to deal with all the UPS trouble for returning this or being or being present at my home for it to be picked up, as I wanted this to be a surprise for my family. It’s evident this is made out of either a cheap poly ethylene or PVC resin. I understand for a decorative perspective for the high cost but this is very frustrating. I’m not wasting my time because due to lazy quality. The assembly instructions states that if there are any issues, to contact them. There is no direct email, phone number, etc. I purchased something similar from LuxenHome and it’s a night and day difference in comparison to this. I want my money or an actual replacement that operates as intended.
