This igniter was an exact replacement part of my last one. It fit in the same. The igniter was probably going out slowly, for a while now. Now my oven heats more evenly! This ignitor saved me from getting a new Frigidaire gallery series oven!

The symptom's that lead me to purchase this igniter was that the stove was taking a longer than usual time to heat up and then I was smelling gas ,a quick online research showed where the part was located and how to change it ,this was a very simple job and it took about 20 minutes to complete ,the igniter fits perfectly in the spot of the OEM igniter it replaces and plugs in with no issues at all ,I've provided pictures of the part it replaces along side the new piece to show how precise the replacement is ,the stove now functions as normal again

Bought it approx. a year ago and it only last for that time period. The original was functional for 10 years, the one that came with the Kenmore range. I hope thet the one I have order as a replacement will last longer.
