Update: The customer service provided by the seller was outstanding. They remained extremely patient and attentive throughout the process until my main issue was resolved, which was that I couldn't lift the handler. The seller sent a new product and detailed instructions and images to assist with this. In fact, after resolving the issue, I realized there was never a problem with the original skateboard; it was simply that I didn't know how to operate it. The skateboard works perfectly without any issues. I would suggest including a user manual for people like me who might not understand how the product works initially. ————————————————————- The skateboard arrived pre-assembled but without any instructions. I was unable to straighten the handle because the bolts are so tight that trying to unscrew them damages them. I'm super disappointed, as my child was eagerly waiting for this skateboard.

My 7yr old son loves it. He’s never skated before and after 3 days he’s already ready to take the handle off. Taking off 1 stars though because ours didn’t come with any of the extras listed. Not sure how to get those from the seller… Update: seller reached out and sent replacement parts. Overall a really great beginner setup and good for lightweight riders. My son is 60lbs and he prefers this over my CX and C7 boards because it is loose enough to turn well for someone lightweight.

i am super impressed with this. it has smooth wheels and wide board for good stability, you can tighten the trucks to tighten the turns. it came with a skate tool and rubber gum, and grease. to raise or lower the bar to a collapsed position, pull the little black thing up. theres a video on here that shows a guy doing it.

Within one month of purchase, the bar mechanism is broken because metal components snapped. Quality of materials and design questionable. That said, company was very responsive and displayed excellent customer service by sending replacement.

I didn't read the ad throughly but it came with practice cones, padding and the wheels light up! Really wish I would of got my son one of these as well. Buy it!

It’s a fun surf skate but then it just randomly broke and fell apart on me. You have to keep your weight behind the front bolts too because it tips forward super easily. Overall there are better options. I’m still trying to figure out how to put it back together.

I got this for my 9 year old son and he absolutely loves it. He's been begging us for a skateboard for awhile now and this looked like a good beginner board. It has a good grip on the deck and the wheels are smooth on the concrete. The trucks seems to be pretty sturdy. The front truck is what gives it the surfing wobble and allows him to easily turn the board from side to side. You really have to watch your foot placement, as anything near the front truck bolts and it will tip forward easily. He likes the knee pads and elbow pads, though he doesn't wear them enough. He loves the color and really likes the look of the wheel lights at night. Overall, great beginner board for our son.
