So the sink and accessories (rack and cutting board) are excellent quality. However, I had 2 issues - first issue was the inside of the sink (left side facing the sink) had 4 or 5 dents on it. Second issue was the racks that sit on the bottom of the sink were about half the size of the sink and the hole didn't match up with the drain. I sent a message to the supplier and they got in touch with me right away (via messages and phone) asking how they rectify the situation - 5 start customer service for sure. The supplier provided me with a small credit to show their concern and make me feel like a valued customer. It would have been a 5 star review had i not had to go through the hassle of returning it but the fact they went above and beyond their support call of duty was very impressive.
