Very satisfied with this after assembly by my daughter. The photo instructions were quite abbreviated and incomplete, lacking accurate clear descriptive verbiage and photo describing pulling the strap outwards to effective lock seat. BIG OVERSIGHT HERE GIVEN MANY REVIEWS SITE A PROBLEM WITH THE SEAT NOT LOCKING IN PLACE, whereby the Rollator collapses causing people to fall. This needs to be corrected ASAP.. One tiny part remains with no illustration or verbiage to either describe it or where it belongs. The main parts were labeled well enough. I am like I said very happy with the way it rolls, the weight of it.. however the assembly instructions are just simply embarrassing compared to the quality of the manufacturering. The locking mechanism will probably mean I have to put the thing in my car unfolded because the Loki mechanism is too hard for person of my age with Parkinson's to latch and unlatch easily.. I like the size of the wheels too

My 3 wheel rotator is awesome. Light weight & perfect. Easy in my SUV and taking it out. Nice storage compartment. Easy sit down to rest. Assemblies in less than 10 minutes. I like smooth closure, pull the tab to open. Handle Brack locks to sit. Works with a bad back. Helps walking to strengthen my legs muscles. See videos and read literature that helps guide you. I wear athletic shoes for walking. Best choice ive made. Highly recommended!!

This has been a lifesaver for me leading up to and after hip replacement surgery. Great for long walks through the airport, where the gate agent will tag it and you can leave it as you board your plane. The locking and unlocking took a little getting used to, but I was a pro at it by the end of the first day. Very light weight and sturdy.

Another Update: I have now owned 3 of these bad boys. And they just keep getting worse somehow. the first one I reviewed below. The second one I had for a few months with no issue and then all of a sudden something started happening with the wheels where one would stop rotating and I couldn't steer straight, it would veer to one side or the other. I tried taking all the wheels off and cleaning them all out, assuming that maybe some hair got stuck in them as per usual with this rollator. That didn't fix anything. I checked everything I could possibly check. It just wasn't working so I got a new one. This one i purchased, as of now, about a month ago and somehow, already, this thing is already so wobbly that I cant put any weight on it. the joint in the front that connects above the front wheel is loose. I have the tools to tighten it, but it wont budge at all. I tried and tried and tried. Even my housemate tried and nothing. Update: I'm lowering my rating from a 4 to a 1. This thing is a pain. The storage bag underneath has started shredding after 5 months. You can see in one of the images where I had to fix it. And the other image where it's shredding by the zipper, I had already fixed that and now it's shredding again. The breaks on one side have snapped on the inside of the handle so I can't fix it. It still creaks. The wheels collect SO much hair? And it's not my hair so when you want to clean it you need to take the wheels off to take out the hair. Which is a pain. The company doesn't have great customer service. The airport lost part of the cane clip on this rollator (that I use regularly) and they airport couldn't find it so when I reached out to walk mate to ask if I could purchase a replacement I couldn't get any help. FIRST REVIEW: I would have absolutely given this walker 5 stars if it, after one use, wasn't making an awful loud creaking noise coming from both sides of the walker. It has fantastic storage underneath and it folds up great to stick in the back of the car. the cane holder attachment is great. There's a water bottle mesh pocket on the side of the storage back in the front which is really nice. Again, great walker. highly recommend. Just be prepared for it to creak

It is lightweight. Fairly easy to steer, but wider and longer rear wheel base than conventional 4 wheeled walkers. You need a small bottom to sit on it, but meant for short sitting periods. When closed, its longer wheel base doesn’t fit well behind my driver’s seat and needs some practice. The biggest complaint is locking it into the open position. If like me without a lot of arm strength, you have to turn it to face you (while standing unassisted) and pull the loop tab in the front and if that fails, place you hands near the locking mechanism and push with your thumbs. To collapse it, you have to give the seat pull handle a mighty hefty tug to release the lock. The overall appearance is nice, but not sure where I could put a cup holder since I have the handles as low as possible. I find the net carryall useless because you have to empty it before collapsing the walker (while standing). It is lightweight, so not meant to be used to hold your weight if you are using it to steady yourself while leaning only on one handle because it will tilt. Overall, it’s useful for me because it’s lightweight and I’m a small person and I do make use of the seat when I need to sit. But I believe I would buy again because it’s more useful for transporting.

Adjustments allow for a taller person than the planet walk walker (I like the Planet Walk 3 wheeler too). Few pieces to put together. Seat is not for the very heavy person. I am 5’8”;174 pounds, pear shape so my hips are 42” and I just fit. Any larger wouldn’t work comfortably. I’m losing weight so hope it will be more room by July for our big trip. Easy to roll, easy to fold and lift. The cane holder is nice but doesn’t hold my thinner walking stick type cane. My drink holder fits well. Over all a winner for me. I have good balance as long as I can hold on to something so the 3 wheel is sturdy enough for me and is better than my planet walk 3 wheeler mainly due to the better height for me and the ability to have a seat. The seat seems sturdy and well made. It is held by multiple screws which we could use to replace the seat should it ever become necessary. The bag under the seat has a zipper to access it from the walking side. The back rest strap is comfortable. Brakes work well. I recommend it if the size fits you. Now that I’ve used it for awhile, I like it even more, I have poor upper body strength and reach but I can easily put this walker into the back of our SUV and use it in town, I use an old hammered aluminum tray in the seat when I need to carry food or items that need stability and I don’t want to put on the seat fabric. I’m looking for a plastic tray I can take with me on our river cruise and store in the bag, I’m also purchasing the storage bag for airplane travel as someone else suggested, My only mild complaint is that the back wheels are sometimes a little too wide for some doorways and I have to angle through .

I am happy with using the roller to walk. But I am very unhappy with trying to use the seat to sit on. The brakes are not compatible to use as a seat. The brakes do not hold to use as a seat. It is very dangerous to sit down in because it will continue to move out from under you. If the brakes would hold it would be perfect. I pacifically bought it to use at grandchildren’s ball games to walk and sit. And it is currently unusable. I am very dissatisfied at this time.

This is my helper and I use it every day. In the house, outside for a walk or to get me to the car. Folds very easily almost flat It weighs about 9lbs and I have to lift it to put in my car. But if the hand brakes are off you can just roll it into the car on the wheels. Has a storage basket where I keep my shopping bags. a bunggy cord. There is a place on the cart to attach your cane so you can take it along it also has a place for a drink or water bottle. It has a seat (of sorts) I made a cushion for it and the only seating available is for Miss Kitty my ESA she loves to 'RIDE' with me. The only thing I don't like about it is the front wheel doesn't take bumps very well and often have to help it go over.
