Looks well made.Fits my 1996 F250 5.8 great. The only thing is one needs to use the 2 mounting bolt bushings, the 2 fan shroud clips from the bottom , and the 2 trans cooler lines adaptors from the oringinal radiator to complete the installation.i used Teflon tape on these as well to prevent corrosion. I had to heat up the 2 clips to open them up to get them to fit into the bottom slots for the shroud installation. ... show more

    • Sloppy Welds - Leak
Pass my window to return. Afer rebuilding my engine I installed this radiator, only to find I had a leak somewhere. The drip was only slight and was hard to pinpoint. The engine fan shoud covered up the welding seam on the radiator so the leak was not appearant. This was just sloppy welding as the weld was not straight and missed a spot. I suspect there is no pressure testing after these radiators are made. ... show more

stoked to find an all aluminum radiator at this price.. the radiator came with a cnc machined cap that looks and feels great , the only thing i didnt like was lack of hardware for mounting trans coolant lines. everything fit in my 1996 f250 with a 5.8windsor

Looks like a good radiator, minus not finishing being built. Only have threads where the overflow port is. Now hoping to find something to fit that hole. Inconvenience of not being able to use it as is weights my opinion quite highly on the product.
