I've been painting since 1984 and have at one time or another, tried every brush in every size many times.. for the past ten years, I've only purchased and used PURDU brushes and the most used brush I have are both the 3" and 3 1/2" angled blue bristle brushes. I can cut in trim , ceilings and baseboards twice as fast as any painter here in Washington can due to the functionality of this design. I bought this after doing reaserch on different brushes. After going back and forth between brands I picked this up. It did a great job of cutting lines, and did not fan out. Cleans up well.

I’m a professional painter, and I’ve tried many brushes over the years. This brush holds a lot of paint, is easy to cut-in with, and is very easy to clean out, and will last for years if you thoroughly clean it out after every use.

This is a nice brush for painting walls and ceilings. I use it to cut in around the seams. The bristles are sturdy and from what I can tell, I have not lost one yet, unlike the cheaper brushes. I love it! Cons: Non.
