This tape is no joke; it's hold capacity is intense! It is so strong, my least favorite part about using it is prying my wood up from my planer sled to flip or remove it! That said, this tape can be re-used in a planer sled application - if budgeting your materials and saving money is what you're into. It sticks to melamine well, and if you pry the wood up off of it correctly allowing the tape to remain on the melamine sled, you can stick a new piece of wood on the used tape, press it down well, and it runs through the planer just fine. Even with some sawdust on the tape, it still holds incredibly well. I go as far to store my planer sled with the tape on it, and reuse it weeks later, lol. One of these days, I can see my putty knife breaking that I use to pry the wood away from the tape. I love that it comes in a 3 pack, however I'm probably around 1/2 through my first roll and have been using it a while. Would highly recommend this product to any woodworker.

I was worried it would be too strong to use with foam, worrying it would tear foam upon removal. The hold was just right for me and balls up nice after removal. No complaints.

So far I have had success using this tape, it does stick fairly well but on smaller areas I have noticed it will have some movement in the straight edge piece. I think this is because it's kind of thick but also I think it is because this tape is really difficult to cut, its so stick that even a fresh razor only gets a few clean cuts before the blade is gummed up. This causes the tape to roll onto itself during the cut and reduces adhesion and also makes it thicker in the corners. Most likely I will try a different brand next time.

I bought this tape after seeing similar products used in several "tips and tricks" videos on plunge and trim routing. I'd never used woodworking tape before, but figured it would be handy in many situations where clamping down pieces I was working on was impractical. This stuff works! It stuck the plastic pieces I was working and the templates and fence scraps down firmly, then pulled off without leaving any residue. There were several brands available on Amazon at similar quantities and price points, but I've bought other products from this brand and been happy with their performance in the past-- this was no exception.

The tape is very effective. It does seem surprisingly gummy compared to others I've tried but it holds really solidly for template routing and it will release with some persuasion (read ya need to pry the two pieces apart). So far I've used it to hold small parts in a routing template and to hold those to a base to run through a table saw. Worked really well for what I needed. As always ya gotta be sure your parts are held firmly in place before doing any cutting but if there's no room for a destaco type clamp to hold the material this tape may work for you.

This two sided crafters tape is amazingly strong. I use it in my wood shop to temporarily hold pieces together before permanently fastening them. However, be warned, this tape has very strong adhesion. So it's difficult to get off and may pull the finished surface off of something you don't want to. In many cases, I just left it in place instead of wood glue. Yes, it's that strong!

This is my goto double-sided tape!! I keep at least 2 rolls handy just in case! Very sticky! Very easy to remove, especially from wood! Thickness is very good! I use it to hold down pieces of wood for my cnc machine. Sometimes I need a putty knife to remove the board from the spoilboard. That's a plus in my book. I highly recommend!
