We purchased these panels to put on the outside of our chicken coop to protect them from the cold during winter season. We decided to buy the thinner panels, and were a bit skeptical when we got them out of the box. They are thin! However, they work great for what we bought them for. The inside of the coop on cold, windy days is perfect for the chickens. They keep out the cold and rain, but still let in enough sunlight. These panels are lightweight and fairly sturdy. We used them to build a grow shed for our garden area and they were super easy to work with. Would not use them for a roof panel though.

I used these to enclose the ends and tops of my firewood racks and provide good protection from the elements and a flat surface on top. I covered them with tarps and now every time it snows I can easily push the snow off. No more trying to hold tarps down with chunks of wood and no more tarps coming off in the harsh winds. They are attached to a wooden frame and seem quite sturdy that way. They are not very thick but don’t need to be in this application. So far they’re holding up to the wind, rain and snow. These are better than the original pieces that my greenhouse came with. They were easy to size and they’re much more rigid, which I hope will keep them in place in high winds better than the ones that came with the cat originally.
