Assembly was pretty straightforward. The instructions are drawings, but are pretty easy to interpret. I would ditch the included 4mm allen wrench if you have a drill driver or impact wrench set on its lowest setting and maybe a T handle wrench. A 5/32 allen wrench will work as well. All the parts were included and well packaged. All the holes were precisely located and the screws were easy to install. The completed assembly fit inside my bed frame and was light and easy to place. This box spring did exactly what I needed which was to raise the mattress up out of the bed frame.

Very easy to put together and trust me I have a hard time putting stuff together but the instructions were easy to follow and everything was labeled except for the last few pieces but the pictures made it self-explanatory. I put it together in my living room and carried it into my bedroom which tells you how lightweight it is! I recommend this and would definitely get it again if needed hope this helps!

Would 100% recommend. My old boxspring was super broken down and I was looking for something less bulky to replace it. I was a bit unsure, but this seemed to have good reviews. I have now had it for about two weeks and it has been awesome! Super durable. Would recommend.

It all started with a broken bed frame (old). I looked on Amazon and found a bed frame with headboard attached that I really love. It's perfect for my room. I bought this box spring because I otherwise my mattress would be too low on the new frame. I bought this one because they all looked the same. How do you choose? I usually choose somewhere between the cheapest and most expensive. My son-in-law put the bed frame and box springs together. The box springs caused fewer huffs and puffs than the bed frame and altogether with the mattress I loved the look. Then I slept on it. I've had 2 joint replacements plus I'm old with old lady aches and pains, arthritis and stiffness. I'm a tummy sleeper mostly and I found I couldn't get comfortable at all. The slats on the bed frame and the slats on the box springs are solid but I love my mattress and it was suddenly more firm. The usual "give" was gone and I ended up on the couch. So considering the alternative: return the box springs and/or return the bed frame which I really love, and get another bed frame and a traditional box springs (a giant hassle) I started thinking of solutions. I read the reviews of the mattress toppers and egg crates and decided on a mattress topper. I suspect that ideally I should have skipped a box springs and put the mattress on the bed frame. That would've made the bed too low. I know not everybody has my same problem but I hope a mattress topper will help solves my problem. Just caution: the box springs plus the bed frame make the mattress firmer. I wondered about that but didn't think it through. We'll see and maybe another review in the future.

Super simple instructions, super light yet surprisingly sturdy construction. Fits a twin mattress perfectly, doesn't make any sound moving about. The height and design make it also a great place for storage without the cover.
