When I first took it out of the box I was underwhelmed because it seemed flat and not as thick as expected. But I'm one of the accompanying instruction papers that came along with it, I found you are supposed to put it in the dryer for 20 min to fluff up and holy cow! It doubled in size, if not more! It had completely transformed our bed into an amazing little cradle of fluffy awesomeness that you just can't beat. The fit is great too, it doesn't slip and slide and need constant readjustment or anything. Definitely well worth the buy! I highly recommend!

After putting it in a commercial dryer on low for 20 minutes, I left my queen size topper on the bed for two days. Well mine did not puff up like in the picture. I'm very disappointed, this is not a 3" firm mattress topper.

This topper is very plush, softy and steady fit on my mattress. I am however, disappointed because the fluff did not last but two days for me. It did allow comfort but not so much good sleeping quality. It caused me to have back aches. I will use it for another bed and look to purchase a better one that offers more back and spinal support while maintaining its softness and plushness. The quality I must admit is a plus.

I put this on my bed 7 days ago and I am lucky if I hit an inch out of it. Very disappointed. I would send it back because it certainly isn’t doing me any good but I threw away the packaging. Buyer beware!!

Look at that picture - right 'out of the box' it is so full, you can almost feel the softness! Like advertising pictures of McDonalds hamburgers, what you see when you open yours is far different. Even after fluffing it in the dryer and by hand, the cells will NOT be fluffy full like that. It says its a 3" topper. Technically correct I suppose but in use you get about 1" of filling. All that said, the fabric quality is good and the deep elastic mattress hugger sides work well. I would expect it to hold up well and the fabric not to deteriorate. Can't say yet how the filling lasts or mats down over time. It has a comfortable, if not 'spongy soft' feel you would hope/expect from the picture. If you want that kind of feel you may be better off with a latex foam topper.
