I am a side sleeper and was starting to get pain in my hips and shoulders so I ordered this. I've been sleeping on it for almost a week and it is very comfy. I can already tell my hips and shoulders are getting better. I need to figure out my pillow situation though. Because you sink into this 3" topper it makes your pillow feel bigger. Not a big deal but I will probably end up finding some lower pillows. I also love that this topper returns to its original thickness really quickly. I move around in my sleep a lot; flipping from one side to the other, and this topper rises and conforms to my new position very quickly. My only real issue with this topper is that it's warm. I cannot stand to be hot when I sleep and this definitely jacks up the temp. But it's nothing I can't deal with. I just adjusted other things and now I'm good.

I got this on sale, and I must say, that for the price, it's more than I could expect: fits right, VERY comfortable. I have an older tempurpedic-style mattress that my partner thought was too firm. This has been a great solution. Feels like a whole new bed!

ETA: SELLER MESSAGED ME AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW AND OFFERED 80% REFUND. Issued the refund immediately. Also said they’d send the feedback to their QC folks, to improve upon issues noted in review. This was among the best of the available solutions. It is nearly impossible to return this item, due to the vacuum packing used. And while an exchange was offered, I was skeptical that same issue could occur again. SELLER IS VERY WILLING TO MAKE ANY ISSUES RIGHT, SO I AM EDITING MY REVIEW TO MAKE THIS NOTED. Not many sellers go to that above and beyond level of service. This seller does!!! I so wanted this to work. But as soon as my husband and I unpacked this, using the provided instructions, we both noticed how much of a bulge there was in the middle of our topper. The bulge runs vertically, all the way down the near center of the mattress topper. We both wondered how much this bulge was caused by the intense folding and vacuum packing of the product. It is severely folded and refolded, as well as rolled and wrapped in vacuum packing. We knew it would be next to impossible to repackage and return. We felt “stuck”—a hostage or Stockholm Syndrome situation where you hope to learn to love it, vs actually love it. So far, we do not love it nor do we even like it. The bulge that we described above is still in the topper. And this is after leaving it flat on our basement floor for four days after unpacking. And both of us walking up and down on the pad (picture Lucille Ball “prancing” in the huge vat of grapes episode) to try to flatten out the bulge that still runs down the center. We wound up putting it on our existing mattress, which is very level. Still the bulge. And now we have slept on it, feeling as if we are rolling toward the edge of the bed bc of the center bulge—now more like a camel hump. No matter what we do, we SINK into the side of the bed where we are laying. And the bump is still there, after nearly a month. Btw, this is not what the description promises. They state that this will level out, when unpacked correctly and left to self level for 48 hours or so. And that users will not “sink” into this “memory gel.” What do you actually get? A mattress topper with a bulge or camel hump down the entire vertical middle. And memory gel that quickly smashes down and causes you to sink. And also causes you to roll away toward the edges due to the bulge/hump. So NO, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO AMAZON CUSTOMERS. It is overpriced for the results and is packaged so poorly that the packaging seems to damage the product—which, once unpacked, is impossible to return. (Picture trying to return a bit into burnt pizza or try picture returning a huge Queen topper inside a box that would fit no more than 4-6 bath towels. Good luck). We feel very disappointed and, frankly, ripped off. Don’t buy this. Just don’t.
