I am an amateur photographer and videographer and do a lot of work in and out of my retirement community. I purchased this set of compact mics because needed to minimize the space along with my camera equipment. I have used them with my DSLR, CAMCORDER, Samsung mobile, mixer console. The sound quality is very good and I can pickup in the range of 60 to 80 feet. The default volume is more than adequate and does a good job with both vocals, music, audio recording. The battery life so far has been 10.5 hours before needing recharging, even though the spec is listed at 12 hours. I can only use 2 mics simultaneously, even though comes with 3. The 3rd is a spare. Takes about 4 hours to recharge each microphone. If traveling I would recommend bringing an extra usb cable to recharge. These are by no means professional mics, but the price for performance on a scale of 1 to 10, I rate a 9.5 for the work that I do perform. ... show more

I'm using a Motorola Android. Spent well over an hour trying different Mic modes, switching between the USB & 3.5 jack, going into every phone setting I could find with no success. I finally, out of all the on-line videos found success. I'm giving the Mic a 4 star, I feel that there should be a little better help in there Bio, I shouldn't have had to struggle like that. I'll give you a hint, it's in the video camera settings, press on the white arrow on the screen with the Mic receiver on and plugged in, you can enable the Mic. I didn’t expect to like this mic as much as I do, but it honestly surprised me. The sound is really clear and doesn’t pick up a ton of background noise, which is perfect for filming videos. It was super easy to set up, I literally just plugged it in and it worked. I also love that it comes with multiple mics because it makes recording with other people so much easier. They don’t work at all. They don’t connect to mobile phones via Bluetooth and can’t connect to a DSLR camera. The advertisement also shows these mics have a clip like most Lav mics, but after opening the box these mics don’t have any sort of clip..
