Received this item as a birthday gift and was great the first 5 times I used it. However when loading it for the 6th load it leaked water all over my countertop and floor. We contacted seller and was told it was a sensor even though it was leaking from the bottom of unit. Eventually they agreed to refund our money but we had to ship the unit back at our expense which totally $200. The unit didn’t cost that much.
