Also, I only write reviews on things that I absolutely LOVE & it takes ALOT for me to actually give 5⭐ AND leave a written review with video/photo. So just trust me when I say you will NOT be disappointed!! Let's just say I live in chronic debilitating pain everyday & have for years due to non-stop ongoing health issues, primarily related to my brain/spine. I have multiple degenerative progressive issues with no cure & I've basically exhausted every conservative & therapy options there are, these issues are very much debilitating especially when it comes to my neck & back, I have had over 40 surgeries in my 40 years of life &10 of those in the last 12 years have been related to my brain & spine, my most recent was an emergency surgery 2 days after Christmas (12/27/24) on my cervical spine from a massive rupture in my C3-C4 with a severe spinal cord compression that almost paralyzed me (no these issues aren't related to any accident or trauma injury, I just have horrible spine issues, or bad luck is more like it) with that being said, I also suffer horribly from lumbar issues as well, I even had a spinal cord stimulator implant for 5 years & unfortunately had to have it removed in 2022... Over the last 3 years things have rapidly progressed, now not only do I have 2 herniated disc (L3-L5) that are compressing nerves, my most recent MRI 3 days ago showed multiple non-benign tumors, fluid filled cyst, multi-level degenerative disc, joint disease, arthritis & severe inflammation in my ligaments, so basically I am in so much pain I can barely move & they won't do surgery, which is super frustrating & overwhelming, so I have scrolled for days trying to find things & reading reviews to hopefully find something to help relieve some of the pain so honestly, my expectations weren't very high as you could imagine (I have literally tried everything) as soon as this was delivered a few hours ago, I immediately wanted to try it out (still using it as I write this) & to my surprise, it's freaking AMAZING 🥹 I mean, am I healed? No, BUT let me rave about all the things I LOVE about it & why you will too!! • it's large & decent in size so it covers the entire low back • the material is fantastic! It's well made, soft to the touch, lightweight, squishy but supported & VERY comfortable! • I love that it has multiple settings options, the heat is just the right amount so it doesn't get too hot, it has vibration modes & these little rollers for massage, which I prefer the massage over the vibration because it's helping with all the tension!! So if you've been hesitant, let this be an easy YESSSS, you won't be disappointed 🥰

I’ve been suffering from lower back pain/sciatica for well over a month now. Pain pills, muscle relaxers, pain patches have not really helped. The only things that have helped are ice packs, rest, time and doing light stretches and exercises. Although these methods help to strengthen and loosen up stiff muscles, they can also cause discomfort post workout. Thats where this bad boy comes in! I plan on using this nightly especially while sleeping. I’m currently using it for the first time and I’m happy to report that it multiple massage/vibration patterns and a soothing level of heat. The heating function is very therapeutic and efficient while not feeling like it’s burning or scolding. I’m so glad I invested in this and I’m looking forward to plenty of good uses with it.

The media could not be loaded. I just got it, and so far I love it, I am hoping that it helps me with my Sciatica. I've been in terrible pain for the last two weeks, and this thing has a auto mode that cycles through heat, multiple vibrations (which is pretty decent for what it is), and the self inflation. It is expensive, but for now I will say it's worth it. I'll update if needed.

I like use this massage pillow when I’m work at my desk. I can toss it behind my computer chair or bring it to the bed with a nearby plug. The memory foam feels supportive, like it’s hugging my waist from side to side, and it’s not too bulky, so I can lean back. The heat function is gentle, not like a scorching heating pad. On rainy days when my back’s achy, I turn it on, and it’s soothing, especially paired with the massage. Speaking of the massage, it’s got this microcurrent mode and a kneading option that feels like someone’s pressing little points on my back. It’s not too intense, because I don’t want to feel like I’m getting pumpled. After a session, my lower back feels looser, like I can move without that tight, nagging ache. The massage modes are limited, there’s only a couple, so it can feel a bit repetitive after a while. I wish there was a way to mix up the patterns more.

It effectively work well with each other by providing a relaxing warmth. This effects help loosen tight muscles around my neck and shoulder. I also use it to massage my lower back after long hours of sitting and the adjustable traction gives my lower back the stretch it needs after hours of sitting. After I finish one session, I feel refreshed and comfortable.

It powers through a simple USB connection, so I can plug it into my power bank, or even the wall adapter(no adapter included) .There are three smart modes: Red for heating and pressure, Blue for vibration massage, Green for electric lift retch support.
