Excellent Lumbar Pillow Massager and Customer Service

I received this Lumbar Pillow Massager and it was defective; the automatic mode was not functional. I contacted customer service via email and their customer service rep, Lily, immediately got back to me. Lily agreed there was a defect and immediately placed a replacement in the mail. In addition, Lily told me to keep the defective pillow and not to worry about retuning it. It still works very well in the manual modes. I have sciatica and a lower back problem and the massaging pillow is excellent in helping relax the nerves and quiet the pain. I'd highly recommend FunBy-US's pillow, especially given their commitment in providing a quality product!

Wish I had bought it sooner

Very effective for your whole back, even upper back if you place it there while laying down. It fixed my stiff back in no time. Very relaxing. If your back is too stiff in the beginning, you might have to ease your way into using it, by simply laying on it without turning it on at first, but it definitely helps. It also has a very long cord which I appreciate. I did place it in a pillowcase however for easy cleaning, and when I’m not using it, I just wrapped the cord up inside of it and put it away. I would definitely recommend it.

Helps ease back and sciatica pain

Works great on lower back and sciatica. I have a lot of pain especially at night making it difficult to sleep well. Fantastic results, definitely works as advertised and the price was great. Highly recommend

This lumbar support works!

I hurt my back on 2/15/26. Today is 3/20/26. My pain has been almost unbearable down my leg which I believe is sciatica. I went to a chiropractor several times and no relief. I went to the Urgent Care and had a CT scan that showed major stenosis. I went to the chiropractor again and with my test results, he did not want to treat me. So, I tried all kinds of stretching and used a Tens Unit. No luck. I bought this lumbar support pillow and after using it for four days, I was able to walk without pain today. I don't know if this will continue, but I plan to keep using it. Hopefully, I am on my way to getting my life back.
