This is a great piece for a home gym because it’s inexpensive and does two movements well. The machine arrived in one box and was easy to put together – I found the instructions clear and the parts well-labelled, so it only took about an hour. The machine doesn’t come with any lubricant for the back chrome upright, so I’d recommend getting one so that the trolley travels even smoother. Despite nylon pulleys the machine feels very smooth. Keeping in mind this is a budget piece, the machine works really for chest flys and rear delts. I love the anodized aluminum pop pins that make adjusting the arms easy for both exercises. The seat also can be adjusted up and down to fit different people. I appreciate the multiple grip options and particularly enjoy the top angled one for pec flys. Because JFHID includes 2” Olympic plate adapters you can load this with both standard 1” plates or Olympic plates and the sleeves are super long so you shouldn’t be able to max out this machine. There are also included band pegs if you want to add resistance bands which is a great feature. The handles aren’t the best quality with cheap-feeling rubber grips that can rotate in your hands and knurling that’s barely present where you grip the machine for rear delts, but it is a budget piece and they’re good enough. You could always remove the rubber grips if desired. I found the padding comfortable. Overall, really nice machine that performs well for the intended exercises and is fairly compact!

This chest fly machine is absolutely amazing and has become one of my favorite pieces of equipment in my entire home gym. The construction is heavy duty, the machine feels incredibly stable, and the movement is smooth from start to finish. I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews claiming this machine doesn’t work the chest. If you’re using proper form and setting it up correctly, the chest activation is excellent. Lower the weight a learn to do it properly before saying one of the greatest chest exercises of all time doesn’t work! I’ve gotten some of the best chest pumps I’ve ever had from this machine, and it has quickly become a staple in my chest workouts. Everything about it feels well built and designed to last. It provides a great stretch, a strong contraction, and allows me to safely push sets to failure. For anyone looking to add a serious chest isolation machine to their home gym, this is an easy 5 star purchase.

Wasn’t bad putting together, but need 2 people. Some of the parts aren’t right on mine. In particular the right arm on the machine is slightly higher than the right and visible when I bring my arms together. The cost of the machine is definitely well worth it, and it does what it’s supposed to with just the aforementioned flaw with the arm.

This is the best pec deck reverse fly machine on the market. If you are looking at this one just trust me and buy it. Delivery was super fast and assembly was a breeze. It came with everything you needed to put it together, very easy to understand and took less than an hour. It is incredibly smooth on the pec deck with 6 adjustments for how far back you can adjust handles. The seat is also adjustable. It has handles so you can target upper,mid, lower pecs. A complete chest workout. NOW MOST IMPORTANTLY this is where home gym fly machines go wrong with the reverse fly is that that don’t go back far enough for a full range of motion. This one does go all the way back and will target your rear delts better than any commercial machine! You can use top or bottom handles or the mid part has knurling so you can grip it and target them with a neutral grip. JFHID thought of everything. This has a tiny footprint and feels better than any one I’ve used commercial or home gym and feels durable and built to last. For the price and quality I think this is the best piece of equipment in my gym.

Parts were labeled and instructions easy to follow. Took me close to an hour to assemble but it’s a minor inconvenience. I used it right away and loaded it with heavy plates and the equipment was really strong and sturdy. And it’s affordable!

Not for people with longer arms. I cannot get a full range of motion due to the handles not having adequate length. Also did not come with one of the pulleys. I sent the company notification through Amazon and heard nothing back. That was weeks ago. I ended up buying a pulley off of Amazon and it worked. I would not buy this again.

This product is great, but I don't like how the cables connect to the machine. Mine busted after a week of use and it's hard to find a replacement if anybody knows where I can get a replacement because it seems like the cable is very cheaply made the machine is brand new and I still would love to use, but I need to figure out the cable issue. If you see the pictures, it just connects to that little hook, and it comes out very easy even with the stopper they provide provided.
