YIKKEON Mini Drone – Punches Well Above Its Weight I picked up the YIKKEON Mini Drone without huge expectations, and it genuinely surprised me. Setup took only a few minutes straight out of the box, and that ease carries right into flight — the controls are intuitive enough that even a total beginner can get comfortable quickly. What stands out most is how stable it is in the air. Altitude hold and one-key takeoff/landing take a lot of the guesswork out of flying, and the responsiveness makes it feel more capable than its size and price suggest. It handles both indoor and outdoor flying well, and when you're ready to show off a little, the flip tricks are a nice touch. Build quality is another pleasant surprise — it's sturdy enough to shrug off the inevitable learning-curve bumps without falling apart. Battery life is reasonable for a drone this size, charges quickly, and picking up an extra battery or two extends the fun considerably. Seemed pretty well made, and it actually flew, ( although it had trouble in even a slight breeze) but since their website went to some "myshopping" page, I could not download the app, and so many of the features were not available. They did send me a pdf for the manual, but after several days of not being able to access the website, I felt it was better to return it. Sad, because it had all the features I wanted. Looks like I have to spend bigger money on a drone. :( ... show more

My husband is really enjoying, takes a bit of practice but fun. Definitely takes practice. Can be run from phone or the remote control. Picture on his Iphone is clear. We are going to teach our grandson how to use. Not for children, age appropriate. We like the 3 ,30 minute batteries.

Easy setup, intuitive controls. Follow me mode tracks my kids perfectly while filming in 4K. Long flight time with extra batteries is a huge plus. Slight learning curve on advanced modes, but overall fantastic value.
