The description said this mower was "refurbished," but it looked like it was simply an open box because everything was packed correctly and the packing tape was still on everything. It was clearly never used. I assembled it in 10 minutes. The batteries charged in 30 minutes, and after 35 minutes of mowing the battery still had two of the four lights lit so I think it could've lasted another 30 minutes. The mower is quiet, powerful, and fast. One issue is it's rear wheel propelled, which means it's still moving as you lift up the front end to turn. I'll get used to that, though. Great product, so far.

I like one adjuster controls all 4 wheels. I feel the batteries are running low faster than I expected. It is not a problem as I only do 1/2 of my 110 ft x 100 ft lot each day as I am over 80 years old. I put a larger battery on my Xmas list just in case.

Great mower. Quiet and powerful. Self-propelled function has an annoying delay. Battery life is shorter than claimed.

I don’t know what it is but this thing is faulted. We tried everything to make it to work. Nothing. Now I can’t even return it. Waste of money

Mower was delivered a day earlier than promised - perfectly packaged with no damage. The batteries come 1/2 charged - took about 20 mins to bring one of them to full. Easy to install the handlebar that comes disassembled maybe 5 minutes to put it together and I was ready to mow. Adjustable speed self propel worked great for me - long legs and my wife - short legs as we could adjust it to our right pace. Mower did a very level and clean cut and 1 battery cut the entire front back and sides. 20 degree slope on the sides and the mower had no issue with it. Didn't use the bagger yet - just mulched. Excellent product - very easy to use.

I like the fact that it was delievered sooner than expected. Other than the box looking worn, the mower looked brand new. The batteries fully charged sooner than expected. The assembly was easy without instructions. The batteries lasted long enough to mow the front and back yard and the alley. So far so good. But what's great is no gas, no oil, no filters, no spark plugs and no pulling a rope.
