I bought these kegel balls hoping to strengthen my pelvic floor, and they definitely have potential. They're made of soft, skin-friendly silicone, which feels comfortable and high-quality. The design itself is nice and functional, but my biggest frustration was that no instructions were included. I had to dig around online and even Google tutorials just to figure out how to use them safely, which was inconvenient and kind of annoying. If you decide to try them, start with the smallest ball first-don't be naive like me and guess. Once you get the hang of it, they do a good job of giving your pelvic floor a workout. I like that they're discreet, portable, and versatile, but a proper guide from the manufacturer would make the experience much smoother. Overall, I'd recommend these if you're willing to do a little research first. They work as advertised, but some ouidance would make them much easier to use.
