Really decent, versatile lighting for truck bed, tool box, running boards, inner fender wells, tailgate, or anywhere else, on anything you want to light up that’s got a 12 volt system! I installed these underneath the top rail of truck box so they actually cast the light downward onto the truck bed floor. I used plastic flooring tile wedges and put the wedges under the light strips so it cast on a slight angle , did this on both sides so it spreads light throughout the entire bed with no glaring in your eyes. And having them under the top rails it protects the lights from weather and car washes, even though they are water proof it doesn’t hurt to protect for longevity. By installing in this location they don’t shine in your eyes at all but just flood the entire bed with glare free light and it looks like a custom install. these are really bright so I found the light distracting to the eyes and this easily solves that issue and looks great You get everything you need with these to install in your truck bed and plenty of wire to put the switch wherever you would find it handy. This is a good quality set, there not cheap and flimsy but very solid and beefy enough to last a lifetime, you can twist or bend these a little without effecting the light quality or worry about cracking or breaking the connection. If you heat the adhesive side up a bit with a heat gun they really adhere well to the surface, don’t overheat just enough to soften the adhesive a bit! But that helps a lot to get them to stay put right where you want them! These also make great light strips to put under the rocker panels to light up the step boards. I tied these directly into my auxiliary switches in my F 350 so it made a nice clean install that is really handy to turn on or off. I am going to get another set of these also to put under my truck bed tool box cover to light up my tool box at night to make it easy to find stuff at night! And with 4 empty auxiliary switches can tie in all circuits separately which makes for a clean custom install. I highly recommend these lights for any exterior lighting project you may want to do on any 12 volt system! They are a good quality product that should give many years of service just be sure to make all connections water tight and these should last indefinitely!! A great way to add a custom look that’s highly functional and very inexpensive! If you don’t have auxiliary cab switches you can always add some toggle switches to the cab easy and cheaply for easy on and off right from the cab!

These are good quality truck bed lights. I currently have them connected to an old motorcycle battery to test them out. These have a good size and the wires are long and include a switch. The LEDs are really bright- and light up my work space in the garage. It should be more than enough for a truck bed. I am going to need to wire it into the electric system and glue them on and was planning to use it for camping trips when I need light for packing or unpacking in the dark. I might even connect a motion sensor. Overall a good deal!

These led truck bed lights are a nice addition to provide the light you may need in your truck bed. We have a cover on the bed of the truck so it can be challenging to find items in the back when we go camping. Lights are nice and bright. They are waterproof so no need to worry if they are exposed. Installation is pretty easy, peel the strip and press where you want them installed. With an on/off switch is a great convenience.

Tons of light given off when we mounted them in the cargo area of our camper. We had a tiny light before and thought it was okay, but now that we have these it is such a differrence!
